By submitting your information through the Noblesse Nail Spa website, in-store forms, or any promotional sign-up form, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Birthday promotions are available to customers who voluntarily subscribe to Noblesse Nail Spa’s email and/or text messaging list and provide a valid email address and/or mobile phone number. One birthday offer per customer per year.

Birthday coupons and promotions are sent via email and/or SMS and may vary by location. Offers are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise. Expiration dates may apply and will be indicated in the promotion.
